We manufacture equipment according to OEM manufacturers' and system integrators' specifications, ranging from small conveyors and mechanisms to large-scale equipment and complex modules. Oversized equipment manufacturing is part of our everyday operations.

We manage a wide range of manufacturing processes – from metal and plastic processing, TIG, MIG and laser welding to mechanical assembly, electrical installation and final equipment integration. We offer various surface finishing options: passivation, electropolishing in tanks up to 10 m long, glass bead blasting, grinding and polishing.

We arrange packaging, loading and transportation of manufactured equipment by road and sea, including oversized equipment and modules. Packaging solutions are tailored to customer requirements – from protective wrapping to custom transport packaging. Our proximity to the Port of Klaipėda provides convenient access for exporting oversized equipment.

Upon request, we also install our manufactured equipment at the customer's site, according to the agreed scope of work.

Our aim is to strengthen our OEM partners, not compete for their end customers or aftermarket business. We provide customer-owned equipment 3D models, component specifications, part numbers and supplier information, enabling OEM partners to independently manage spare parts sourcing and operate their own 24/7 service.

End-customer relationships and aftermarket business remain with the OEM. We fulfill our contractual warranty obligations and, when needed, provide additional technical assistance, manufacture spare parts and support post-warranty service requirements.
